Live production outage debugging
There is nothing more annoying than debugging a production issue with everyone else asking you – “is it fixed yet?”. Start a live jamm sesh, mute yourself and share your screen. Anyone can join in and watch what you are doing. You can live stream yourself to your team without having to context switch to provide status updates every 5 mins. Go ahead supercharge your workflow. Pull the right people in by using the invite option to quickly get the key folks in to help you out.
Use recorded video messages to provide awesome updates of that new CD setup or cool uptime/SLA graphs and metrics. Keep your team in the loop! Hang out with your NOC team in real-time and quickly jump in and out of conversations to stay connected and resolve issues in real-time or asynchronously offline.
How-to-guides: Configuration and pipeline tutorials
